I stumbled my way into the Portland culinary scene in 2015; since then I have yet to find something that satisfies me more than feeding people with the endless bounty of Maine. From eating my first green zebra tomato, to finding out that you can grow melons all the way up here, every new discovery from the land I grew up on has continued to enamor me.
Under the expert tutelage of some of the most talented Chefs around, I have been trained to care for quality ingredients above all else. I like to think of myself as the middle-woman; I’m the only thing separating you from the farmer, fishmonger, or butcher. Let me show you the lay of the land, the pleasure would truly be mine.
